Jenee Y. Kim
Graduated Seoul Women’s College, majored in Food and Science, certified Chef and Nutritionist. Driven by the ambition of expanding her national culture and sharing this exquisite culinary experience with the world, Jenee Y. Kim is on her way to becoming one of the most renowned Korean restaurant CEO. Since opening her first venue, Park’s BBQ, in 2003, Ms. Kim has worked hard to maintain the quality in her dishes as well as with her staff. Excellence is the essence of her business and as such, she always thrives to provide the best of the best to her patrons. The successful opening of Don Dae Gam in 2009, and Laon Dining in 2011, contributed to her introduction as a pioneer in the culinary industry. With her experience and inspiration, she is always striving to find new and inventive ways to provide a better experience to diners, and to putting Korean food on the Map.
Bong Sang Yeo
Park’s BBQ executive Chef has extensive knowledge and experience in the culinary field. He has worked for many different renowned restaurants in South Korea. He spent a majority \ of his time working at Budnamujip and Kangseohwekwan, two of Seoul's most well known restaurants, where he worked for a total of 25 years. Later in his career he moved to Hawaii, where he worked for Shillawon before moving to California where he was brought on as the head Chef for Park’s BBQ. He is now sharing the best of his experience and knowledge of Korean cuisine with diners at Park’s BBQ. Mr. Yeo is essential to the team of Park’s BBQ, and has been credited to much of its success as he maintains standards and develops new dishes.
